Times Square Killing: Detectives Searching for Three Men After 1am Stabbing Attack

November 24 2025 MANHATTAN, New York – A man was fatally stabbed in Times Square early Monday, and police are now searching for three individuals seen leaving the area, authorities said.

According to the NYPD, officers found a man believed to be between 25 and 30 years old shortly after 1 a.m. near West 49th Street and Seventh Avenue. He had multiple stab wounds to the back and an additional wound to the right thigh. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives released descriptions of three men wanted for questioning. One was wearing a purple sweatsuit and a black ski mask. A second was seen in a black jacket, dark pants, and brown boots. The third was dressed entirely in black, police said.

Investigators are reviewing whether an argument may have preceded the attack. No arrests have been announced, and additional details have not yet been released.
