Two Teens Shot, One Killed on NYC Subway

April 11 2023 BRONX, New York – Two teens were shot on Monday evening on a NYC Subway, one died police said.

Officials say that the gunfire erupted at about 10 p.m. at the Burke Avenue station on the 2/5 subway line, in Allerton neighborhood in the Bronx.

Officers rushed out to a 911 call about the shooting, found) finding two Teens, both 17-years-old, shot on the scene.

One teen was shot in the head, arm and shoulder, was rushed to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. Second teen was shot in his hip and is expected to survive his injuries, officials confirmed.
