Suspicious Item Scare Shuts Down Busy Harlem 125th Subway Station – MANHATTAN

September 09, 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – Suspicious item shuts down busy Harlem 125th St Subway Station and prompts a massive police response including NYPD Bomb Squad in Manhattan, NYC.

Train service was suspended in both south and northbound directions for almost two hours at the 4,5,6, line station as people were on their morning commute.

Police responded for a suspicious item in the station just before 9am and have concluded their investigation without incident or injury. Train service has since resumed.
