Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Hit & Run Driver in Chelsea, New York

Chelsea, New York City : Fatal incident happened at 5:09 a.m. on Aug. 2nd at the corner of West 23rd Street and 7th Avenue.

Police are on the hunt for a Hit and run driver that slammed into a woman in Chelsea and took off—leaving her for dead in the street.

A grey minivan was seen fleeing the scene just after 5am.

A 29 year old woman was rushed to Bellevue where she was pronounced dead.
