Man Critical, Woman Injured Following Double Shooting in Ozone Park – QUEENS

September 07, 2023 QUEENS, New York – Two people were shot Thursday afternoon, including one male struck in the head and a female shot in the neck.

According to police, the male has life threatening injuries. The wounded pair were rushed to Jamaica hospital for further treatment. Heavy police response in the area where shots rang out near Drew St and 101st Ave in the Ozone Park neighborhood in Queens.

NYPD Detectives are searching for clues that holds answers as to what led up the shooting as the investigation is ongoing.

No suspect description or reported arrests for the incident that occurred at around 5:40pm.
