Late-Night Mayhem: Attempted Robbery Outside NYC Club Ends in Gunfire and Man Shot

July 19, 2025 – Midtown, Manhattan, New York — A 30-year-old man was shot early Saturday morning during an attempted robbery outside a nightclub in Midtown, according to police.

The incident occurred just after 2 a.m. outside a venue on West 46th Street. Authorities say a suspect wearing a ski mask approached the victim and opened fire, striking him in the abdomen.

Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots followed by a chaotic scene outside the club. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive.

The suspect fled the scene and was last seen running down West 46th Street. The investigation is ongoing.
