ICE Agents Break Car Windows, Drag Woman From Vehicle During Minneapolis Protest
January 13 2026 MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Video shows federal immigration agents breaking a woman’s car windows, cutting her seatbelt and dragging her out before arresting her Tuesday afternoon near 34th Street and Park Avenue as protests continued around an ICE enforcement operation.
The woman is seen attempting to drive through the area and telling agents she had a medical appointment. Agents are seen breaking the windows and pulling her from the vehicle. She was then pushed against the car and handcuffed.
In the footage, she says: “I’ve been beat up by police before, I’m disabled, just trying to go to the doctor. That’s why I can’t move!”
This confrontation took place just blocks from where 37-year-old Renee Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent on January 7 during an enforcement encounter that has sparked ongoing protests and confirmations in Minneapolis.
The scene where the incident occurred started as an ICE raid, federal agents and demonstrators have clashed, with reports of agents deploying pepper spray, flash bangs and other “less-lethal” weapons against crowds opposed to the immigration operation.
