“I am just a guy with a guitar” – Ed Sheeran SPEAKS Outside NYC Court After Being CLEARED in Copyright Trial

May 4 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – Ed Sheeran was seen leav6 at New York City Court after being CLEARED for a federal copyright trial over Marvin Gaye classic.

“I am just a guy with a guitar who loves writing music for people to enjoy. I am not and will never allow myself to be a piggy bank for anyone to shake”, Ed Sheeran spoke.

Lawsuit claimed that Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” ripped off parts of Gaye’s “Let’s Get it On” 1973 classic.
