May 7 2025 MANHATTAN, New York – Curtis Sliwa and “Mother Pigeon” held a rally to raise awareness of illegal pigeon netting happening in New York City. The rally described pigeons being stolen from NYC and used as Hunter’s target practice in Pennsylvania.
