Penny’s trial jurors showed indications of a possible ‘hung jury’ as they were unable to reach a decision on the first charge of second-degree manslaughter for the death of Jordan Neely on a New York City Subway train.

With deliberations currently stalled, the judge deciding the next steps in the case has issued an Allen Charge urging the hung jury to agree on a verdict as Penny’s legal team attempts to move for a mistrial.
We will update as deliberations continue.
