Trump Pleads Not Guilty at Arraignment on January 6 Indictment in DC

August 3 2023 WASHINGTON, DC – Trump was arraigned in Federal Court in Washington DC on charges in relation to January 6th Indictment.

Trump pled not guilty at the arraignment for attempt to overturn 2020 election.

Trump said he will fight the charges in his third criminal indictment brought forth against him within the last four months.

Jack Smith, the Justice Department’s special counsel, alleges that Trump lied about the extent of voter fraud and tried to disrupt the certification of the election results on January 6th 2021.
