SUSPECT ARRESTED after Stabbing NYPD Officer to Death

June 13, 2022 | BRONX, NY: Argenis Baez, 34, has been charged in the killing of off duty NYPD Officer Arianna Reyes-Gomez. The perpetrator is seen escorted out of the 44th precinct in handcuffs by detectives to awaiting jail transport vehicle.

Reyes-Gomez, 31, was allegedly stabbed multiple times and killed by her ex husband, 34-year-old Argenis, at her apartment on Grand Concourse near East 156th Street, said police.

Baez has been charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
