“Stop Asian Hate” protest held in NYC

February 26 2021 – MANHATTAN, New York: A group of protesters gathered to speak out against asian hate, as crimes against Asian Americans have been on the rise in New York City of late. The number of reported hate crimes with Asian-American victims jumped to 28 in 2020, from just three the previous year according to NYPD.

The group gathered on the red steps in Times Square and marched to Chinatown.
