Stolen Box Truck SLAMS into 15 Cars in Staten Island police chase – officers and civilians injured

December 28 2023 STATEN ISLAND, New York – A stolen box truck speeding away during a police pursuit in Staten Island, smashed into multiple cars, police cars and other vehicles, injuring cops and civilians this Thursday evening.

The police chase started around 7:30 p.m. at Bishop and Cranford corner, ending about six miles away at Beach and Van Duzer. According to NBC News, New Jersey notified NYPD to be on a lookout for a stolen truck.

Many cars were damaged, some piled on top of each other, at least four officers injured.
