Springfield Ohio Wittenberg University Receives a SHOOTING Threat

September 14 2024 SPRINGFIELD, OHIO – Wittenberg Police are cooperating with the Springfield Police Division and the FBI to investigate this threat of shooting at Springfield Ohio college

“Since they sent an email out so late it definitely does give a worry” spoke student of Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio after an email was sent threatening a shooting on campus – “our campus is definitely looking out for our safety”.

“All activities are canceled on Sunday, Sept. 15.” announcement read, “following an email that threatened a potential shooting on-campus tomorrow”.

“The message targeted Haitian members of our community. Wittenberg Police are cooperating with the Springfield Police Division and the FBI to investigate this threat.”
