Shots Fired at Police by Suspects near Riverside Park in Upper West Side

January 06, 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – Suspects fires shots at police in Riverside Park in broad daylight on Friday afternoon.

Police say suspects shot at NYPD officers after they tried to pull over a car near West 106th Street and Riverside Drive around 3:15 p.m.

According to police, a weapon was recovered at the scene near the vehicle.



None of the officers were injured, three suspects were taken into custody.
