QUEENS: Female Bystander Shot During Fight In Ozone Park

According to police a fight broke out in Ozone Park, a neighborhood in Queens where a woman was shot in the leg. The dispute was between two men that work for different towing companies.

The argument over who would tow a vehicle, turned violent after one of the men allegedly fired a weapon. A woman not involved in the altercation was shot in the leg and sustained non life threatening injuries. She was transported by EMS to the hospital.

NYPD said both drivers fled the scene and no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
