Antifacists Occupy Portland Park

The Salmon Springs Park was occupied by local Antifacists on the day of the “Summer of Love” clashes.
Proud Boys clashed with black block counter protesters at an abandoned parking lot of Kmart, where right-wing organizers threw “Summer of Love event. Originally planned to be downtown, organizers stated that “they have moved the location to avoid confrontations”.

Counter-protesters in black block marched up to the location of the event clashes between Proud Boys and ‘Antifa’ began, flash bangs, pepper spray and fire works rang all around.

Later in the day there were shots fired in downtown Portland between a man and protesters in black block, the man was arrested and nobody was hurt.

Around 9pm the occupied zone appeared abandoned, all the shields and gear were left behind but nobody there besides only two locals who stopped by and a couple people who may be protesters.
