Police Car Accident, Bicyclist hurt in Manhattan

July 7th, 2021 – Manhattan, NY: At approximately 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of 5th Ave and 19th St. in the 13th Precinct, CIS was notified of a Police car accident with what appears to be an electric bike. At this time CIS is considered pending.
