Person Gunned Down inside Manhattan Deli, One Suspect Shot in Harlem

September 29 2022 MANHATTAN, New York – Police report a person was gunned down inside a Deli, suspect found shot nearby as another suspect flees in Harlem.

Incident occured around 11:30am on a Thursday morning, in broad daylight, on East 126th Street and Lexington Avenue.

Police say they responded to a report of shots fired, finding a victim shot inside the Deli. Victim was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive their injuries, officials said.

Police say another person was also shot, possibly the suspect, another suspect is on the run.
