NYC Schools are closed tomorrow as virus cases rise

Mayor de Blasio held a press conference today, which was about 3 hours late.

He then announced that NYC Schools will be closed tomorrow as a weekly average positivity rate of COVID-19 has surpassed 3% threshold.
