Non Essential Businesses in Cluster Zones to Close on Wednesday in NYC

Today Governor Cuomo has instituted new cluster policies for hot zones where there is a rise of new COVID-19 infections.

Chart is using a Red, Orange, Yellow system to mark zones. The red zone will have all non essential businesses shut down.
