Mass Arrests as Pro Palestine Protesters Take Over the Manhattan Bridge – NYC

May 11, 2024 MANHATTAN, New York – Mass arrests seen on the Manhattan bridge on Saturday afternoon with NYPD officers in helmets and batons apprehending Pro Palestine protesters who were locked arm in arm.

Over a hundred people were arrested on the bridge. The protest group was attempting to cross into Manhattan from Brooklyn following a march that kicked off outside of Barclays Center.

Credentialed press covering the demonstration were also taken into custody and subsequently released.
