Masked Armed man found Shot and Killed in a Brooklyn building

November 4 2022 BROOKLYN, New York – An allegedly masked and armed man was found shot in the lobby of his Brooklyn apartment building Thursday night, police said.

29-year-old Filip Czerwczak was masked and armed with a gun when he was found by police around 10:40 p.m., officials said. Czerwczak had a gunshot wounds to the torso when first responders rushed to help him in Gravesend part of Brooklyn on Ocean Parkway near Avenue P, police say.

According to reports by CBS News, the incident may have been a botched robbery by the man shot and killed, who may been involved in the robbery of another individual, also armed with a gun.

Victim was rushed to a local hospital, but died from his injuries.

According to officials, at least four suspects were seen running away from the scene.
