Man shot through hotel door in Manhattan, Deadly shooting in Brooklyn.

December 11 2020, Manhattan NY – Man was shot in the chest was found at Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Financial district area at approximately 2:30 a.m.

Police said unidentified gunman shot the victim through a hotel room door.

According to the police scanner, 4 casings to a possible .22 caliber gun were found on the ground on the other side of a door where the rounds were shot through, gun was not recovered. Victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to survive.

Another shooting occured in Brooklyn, NY – Fatal shooting happened in Crown Heights, Brooklyn around 2:35 a.m. , inside the Albany Houses at 1191 Park Place.

A 38-year-old man was shot in the chest, and a 41-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his right hand.

The 38-year-old man died shortly upon arrival at the hospital;
Shooting occurred inside an apartment.
