Man Arrested for Forcibly Kissing, Touching 11-Year-Old girl in Harlem 

February 05, 2025 MANHATTAN, New York – A man was arrested for being suspected of forcibly kissing & touching an 11-year-old girl on Saturday in East Harlem, officials said.

It was reported to police of the NYPD 25 precinct that just after 1pm on February 1, 2025, near E 125 Street & Madison Avenue, a man now identified as John Pinckney, 42, reportedly used force to kiss and touch an 11-year-old girl.

According to police, Pinckney then fled the scene on foot. The victim was not injured during this incident, cops said.

The 42-year-old male suspect has been charged with Sex Abuse – 1st Degree, Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Sex Abuse – 2nd Degree, Sexual Abuse – 3rd Degree, and Harassment – 2nd Degree.
