“He was on his side, crawling” – Man Shot and Robbed at LES Smoke Shop in Manhattan

January 4 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – A man was robbed and shot in Lower East Side at a smoke shop on Rivington Street and Clinton Street.

“He was on his side, crawling out of the store” – A witness shared what he saw after hearing a single gun shot across the street.

Inicent was reported to the police around 6:40 pm on Wednesday afternoon, inside a smoke shop.

Police advised that man was shot in the stomach and injuries are not life threatening. Investigation is ongoing.
