Former basketball star shot and killed on crowded Queens Street
August 15 2022 QUEENS, New York – A 24-year-old man, a former basketball star, was shot and killed on a busy Queens Street, video shows.
Police are on a hunt for two suspects who opened fire on a Queens street Monday night, shooting and killing a former high school basketball star from Long Island.
Two suspects were seen shooting at the NYCHA building Redfern Houses, in Far Rockaway part of Queens
Incident occured around 5pm, people were seen running as gunshots rang, with one bullet hitting the 24-year-old Jabeon Bivins in the head.
Bivens was pronounced dead on the scene.
