Flames Erupt at Staten Island Home

April 06 2020, 8:00pm – RICHMOND, Staten Island, NY: Firefighters battled an all-hands fire in an duplex apartment building at 52 St. Johns Ave. Fire was declared PWH at 8:29pm. Neighbors stated that the owner of the house and called 911 outside that his house was on fire; then went about to move his cars from the driveway.

Neighbors were upset that he did not knock on his neighbor’s house to evacuate.
