Electric Bike Rider Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Tractor Trailer in Queens

December 28 2023 QUEENS, New York – Person on electric bike was hit and killed by a Tractor Trailer that fled the scene this morning on Northern Blvd and Parsons Blvd in Queens.

This street corner is filled with migrants who are trying to catch jobs from cars. One video shows them rushing to surround the car to try and receive a gig as the driver pulled over.

It is not known who the victim is. Red Tractor trailer with Maine license plates fled the scene.
