Driver Struck and Killed after Pulling Over with Car Trouble on Gowanus Expressway

December 31 2022 BROOKLYN, New York – A 32-year-old man driving on BQE was struck and killed by another driver after he pulled over with car TROUBLE on Gowanus Expressway, police said.

Police say the victim got into minor car accident, and pulled over on BQE Gowanus Expressway near 55th St. about 1:20 a.m. Saturday morning.

Victim was struck by a passing car when he left his vehicle to survey the damage, officials confirmed.

Driver stayed on the scene.
