Driver Involved in Fatal Shooting of NYPD Officer Diller Appears in Court

April 16 2024 QUEENS, New York – Lindy Jones, who authorities say isn’t the person who fired the fatal shot but the driver involved was charged with possessing and defacing a weapon in the case of the Deadly Shooting of NYPD Officer in Queens. The other man involved in the shooting has yet to be charged.
