Cop resigns from NYPD after he is arrested for the second time on child sex abuse charges

Shaun Frazier, 40 year-old cop who worked at NYPD’s maintenance department, has resigned following a second arrest.

He was arrested and charged today with Criminal Sexual Act, Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
