Car Smashes into Washington Square Arch, injuring a cop

November 29 2020 Manhattan, New York – A Driver crashed his car into Washington Square Park arch early Sunday morning, injuring cop in a car parked below.

Police officer is in a hospital with back and hip injuries. His injuries are not life threatening.

Driver was arrested on the scene.
