“Car didn’t slow down at all” – Woman Killed in a Hit and Run Incident in Bay Ridge – BROOKLYN

November 16 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – “The car didn’t slow down at all” eyewitness described a scene where a car hit and killed a pedestrian in Bay Ridge this evening, “she rolled off the windshield” a man described a woman who was struck by the car and died on Marine Avenue.

Incident happened around 7pm on Marine Avenue near 97th Street. Two people rushed to the victim “She thought she felt a heart beat”, but the victim passed away. Police are investigating.
