Blaze Kills One, Burns Two Homes in Woodside

February 4th, 2020, 3:28pm – WOODSIDE, QUEENS: Fire reported on 2nd floor in a 3 story building dwelling, Sunnyside, Queens. 39-10 56th St. Fire was declared 2nd Alarm within minutes, it started showing up in a second exposure. Heavy fire in rear of the building. 2 Injuries reported. One transported to Elmhurst hospital in cardiac arrest, that injury turned fatal. Second injury is Code 4, an off-duty EMT.
