23-Year-Old Man Shot Dead Outside PURE Lounge in Queens

April 08, 2023 QUEENS, New York – Police officials say a 23-year-old man was shot and killed outside PURE lounge in the early Saturday morning hours.

According to police, the victim was a passerby, shot multiple times in the torso in front of club. Incident occurred at 126-19 Merrick Blvd in Queens.

The fatal shooting remains under investigation. No reported arrests at this time. Just blocks away from the fatal shooting, NYPD was conducting a weapon recovery investigation near 127th Ave, just off of 174th PI in Queens.

The weapon recovery investigation is possibly related to the fatal shooting outside of PURE, unconfirmed by authorities at this time.
