15-year-old Teen Killed Subway Surfing on J train near Williamsburg Bridge
February 20 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – A 15-year-old teenager has died after riding on the roof, Subway Surfing, on the J train by the Williamsburg Bridge.
The teen was seen climbing on to the roof of the northbound J train near Williamsburg Bridge, shortly before 7 p.m. On Monday evening, police confirmed.
The victim then hit a beam and fell onto the tracks, getting struck by an oncoming train.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to officials.
