12-Year-Old Girl Shot in South Jamaica – QUEENS
May 15, 2024 QUEENS, New York – A 12-year-old girl was shot outside an apartment building at the South Jamaica Houses, on Wednesday evening, police said.
According to police radio transmissions, the young child was shot in the arm and rushed by first responders to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, with non life threatening injuries.
The shooting incident was reported around 7:45 p.m. at 106-22 160th St. in South Jamaica, cops said.
No reported arrests, police are searching for multiple suspects that fled. the investigation is ongoing.
