Baldoni Arrives at NYC Courthouse One Day After Failed Settlement Conference With Lively

February 12 2026 MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Actor Justin Baldoni arrived Thursday at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan with his wife, Emily Baldoni, one day after a court-ordered settlement conference with actress Blake Lively ended without an agreement.

The settlement talks, held Wednesday, lasted roughly six hours as attorneys attempted to resolve Lively’s civil lawsuit connected to the film It Ends With Us. No deal was reached.

A trial date has been scheduled for May 18, 2026, according to multiple reports.
